0.770 M means 0.770 mole of copper I nitrate is dissolved in one liter of the solution.
Mass of one mole = 63.5 + 14 + 3 * 16 = 125.5 grams
Mass = 0.770 * 125.5 = 96.635 grams
This is the mass of CuNO3 in one liter of the solution. Let’s use a proportion to solve this problem.
V ÷ 6.53 = 1000 ÷ 96.635
V = 6,530 ÷ 96.635
This is approximately 65 ml of water.
