Period and travelling dilemma?
Hi,
I'm going travelling beginning December and had arranged it around my period so I would be period free. This month my period has come a week early which means I will now be on my period while travelling :(
Is there a way to delay my period? also I'm not on any form of birth control.

You have plenty of time and you can manage your period free travelling.
Safest is birth control pills. When you start period in the month of November you start BC pills same day, when you finish your 21 pills, skip the placebo or sugar pills, and continue active pills from new pack. Thus you will not have period for 42 days

Ask your GP for norethisterone to delay your period.
It may give you horrendous PMS, but you won't bleed.
Why does it matter about your period anyway?
