In New Hampshire do you need a license or certificate to teach HORSE riding lessons?

    Business license, yes, just like any other business.

    There is no state license required to teach horse riding (such as there is for things like nursing, engineering, etc.).

    You better have a bloody solid business liability insurance policy and a big personal umbrella liability policy too.

    You may need to have a business license, especially if you operate a public facility. Check with your local department of public works about this.

    You do not need any type of anything in New Hampshire.
