I was given a notice of adverse action after I received my loan online.. what does this mean for my credit and am I responsible to pay it?

    That notice is for when you are denied credit. Its possible you were denied at one place and approved at another?

    That happens with car loans a lot and people get their panties in a wad.

    It means that they didn't give you the best available terms because of information in your credit report. You still pay the loan (although the interest rate may be different). If you wish, you have the right to get a copy of the credit report for free.
