There are many in the Bible he spoke to. He still speaks to non-believers today. As to your ex-girlfriend, she made the right decision. The next one she needs to make is to follow Jesus.

According to the Bible: yes.
See, for example, God speaking to Saul (before he became Christian) on the road to Damascus.

How do you know she is not saved? Attending church does not guarantee salvation, you have to practice what the church teaches, and believe with all your heart, mind, and soul.

1st Timothy 2: 13-14, King James Version (KJV): 13 For Adam was first formed, then Eve. 14 And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression. 15 Notwithstanding she shall be saved in childbearing, if they continue in faith and charity and holiness with sobriety.

God can not speak to you.
Not if you are born not if you are born again, nor in any other case.
Gods exist only in stories.
The stories about gods are not true. Not even one of them.
There is no actual god.
Just like there is no actual Batman would would protect you from criminals.

If God was not able to speak to people before they are born again, how could he reveal himself so that they come to believe? Yes, God speaks to non-believers. They ust rarely listen.

I reckon it's possible that God can speak to anyone he wants to. I find it interesting that you equate going to church as being saved.
