When we're a sleep and dreaming what state of mind are we in? Are we in our subconscious mind?

    Carl Yung belive the unconscious mind

    He was a fellow student with Sigmund Freud

    Who came up with the term subconscious mind.

    We dream it is thought during rapid eye

    Movement sleep, it was thought that the

    Eyes projected images onto our closed

    Eyelids, the other part of sleep is

    Non rapid eye moment sleep, or NREM

    The other was REM, during sleep l belive

    We dump old memories and surface data.

    So wake feeling refreshed in an ideal world.

    No not entirely. That's giving our brains too much credit. Our subconscious is not nearly so complete, it's simply a collection of anxieties, desires, fears, other significant sorts of milestones. It could never construct a full dream, but it can feed prompts into the more conscious mind. So saying, dreams are a mixture of subconscious and active conscious mind.
