Heating a home with radiant heat in Wa state, does that really work well?

I'm a senior and I hate a chilly home. Can u add electric blowers to rooms also?

    Well, do it and report back. You live in a state full of people with crazy ideas, most of which are bad. This may be one of them. If this is not installed by an established long-time company with a good history with the method, then you are probably going to be disappointed. You don't want to be on the point of innovation with things like this. For one thing if might fry one side and freeze the other.

    in my opinion radiant heat is the best option

    Radiant can be blown if it's designed for it. The best radiant setup I've encountered is installed in the floor, but it needs to be done when the house is built. When the floor is warm the whole house is wonderful.
