What else is there to do in Las Vegas besides gambling?

Question

I'll be going to Las Vegas for a conference and would like to take a few extra days to have some fun.  The trouble is I'm not into gambling, smoking, or alcohol.  And my wife says I'm not allowed to get married to anyone else.

So far I'm thinking about taking a trip to the Hoover Dam, going to the Mob Museum, and maybe seeing a magic show.

What else should I do while there?

If you have the time, go to the Grand Canyon. It's worth it and an amazing experience.

Red Rock Canyon, world class restaurants, shows, seeing the lights and sights of the Strip and Fremont Street.  golf, take a day trip to the Grand Canyon, the National Atomic Testing Museum, Gold & Silver Pawn Shop and brothels in nearby Pahrump

Not much.  Some of the shows are great but they aren't cheap.  Hoover Dam is cool, yes.  There are a few interesting shops on the strip. There's some good music and clubs/dancing too.

Personally I'd head to Zion NP
Not only is Zion incredibly beautiful But I -15  thru the Virgin River Gorge is one of great drives in America
