What do new born babies have developed by the time their born?

Besides the brain, skull, and body cell do babies have developed? I want to know for a story I want to write about a child having special mutation by evolution. By birth and or afflicted dieases for gooso any dieases in whatever new borns have developed for me to "mutate" the relationship to characters body.

Update:

Besides the brain, skull, and body cell. Do babies have anything else that's is fully developed or not yet?

I like to know for my small research to write a character with a mutated gene or something that gives it extra functions than anyone else. I have a mental mutation affliction for it, but I also want something physical on the outside beside, possibly a long head.

What have, not what do. Newborn is one word, not two. they're, not their. You need to leave and not return to this forum until you learn proper grammar and spelling.

Actually, the brain doesn't fully develop for quite a while longer. This is the price we pay for having such large craniums. If a baby had a fully formed brain when it was born, its poor mother would literally be torn apart in the process.
