I was in an accident but the guy ....?

Can someone who didn’t want to go through insurance go through insurance after he accepted a brand new radiator and fixed his truck but couldn’t provide legit receipts... instead claims to have paid 985 but only wants 550??

    The cost sounds right and insurance is really should only be use but in bad wreaks for to them your both at fault and will raise your rates to get their money back and of course it ends up you will pay three times the cost
