It depends on their height! If they are shorter than about 5’6”, then that is perfectly healthy, although they may want to gain a little weight if they are closer to the high end of that. Taller than 5’6”, it is underweight and they should probably try to gain a bit of weight.

Yeah - based just on that information alone, why not?
Perhaps adding things in like, height, and life style may bring up different answers
