If the US law allowing anchor babies is declared unconstitutional SJC could fing constitutional thereby disallowing anchor babies?

Update:

Change question to read.

CORRECTION

"---declared unconstitutional by SJC, couldn't SJC subsequently find Trump Exex. order constitutional thereby --"

Update 2:

JEFF S

The constitution is subject to interpretation and in fact such interpretation was enacted by the congress in a us law. It is this law that I am suggesting that the SJC might find unconstitutional WITH NO CHANGE IN THE WORDING IN THE CONSTITUTION.. PLEASE REEVALUATE YOUR ANSWER and give me your revised opinion.

Update 3:

TO ALL YOU EINSTINES WHO CRITISIZED MY EDUCATION.

Education is not my problem ( two advanced degrees one from MIT). I am a lousy typist

Update 4:

JEFF S I am talking about the LAW enacted by congress which defines what the CONGRESS INTREPRETS thought the constitution says. If congress repealed its own law it would not change what the constitution says. Then a case could be brought before the SJC to allow them to interpret what the constitution says and means.

Amending the Constitution is such a big deal that requires so much inter partisan cooperation that this will never happen.

If you were really an American we might try to explain it to you.

As things stand, however, we're not going to bother.

It can't be declared unconstitutional because it is PART of the Constitution!!!!

    That's why it's called the "14th amendment"!!!
