Why do I hate being touched?

I don’t know how to explain it but sometimes I hate being touched. Like even just on the arm. It makes me want to shake and makes my ears close up. I don’t understand it.

There’s only like 3 people who I’m comfortable with touching me and if anyone else tries I get jittery. It makes me agitated and no one I talk to gets it

Hyper-sensitivity to touch is a common feature in people on the autism spectrum. (Not that there's anything wrong with that.) If you want to change, practice can help with your response: interact more, understand the sensation and get used to it. Let the shock roll away and respond or ignore as the situation calls for.

It makes me so angry when strangers touch me! Sometimes I lose my violent temper with them! I once kicked a woman who grabbed my arm! Why would anybody do something so mean and rude??? She got what she deserved.

Pray to Jesus that noone touches you; forgive me.
