True. A = 3 and B = 4 It works for a lot of other numbers too but you only need it to be true once for the expression to be true.

    A squared plus B squared = C squared.

Now, where in the notes did I see this new rule and equation?

Uhh, I remember x squared plus x plus or minus number. It would be a trinomial that needed to be reduced of factoring.

    RULES:

    A IS ALWAYS 1 LOWER THAN B (A=14 B=15, A=12 B=13, ETC)

SHOW YOUR WORKING (MINIMUM ONE ANSWER + METHOD).

Happy Ahmed answered before the rules were on so he didn't know the rule, as i was too slow to put them up.

    For future work this out:

    13 squared + 13 + 14 = 14 squared? true or false

    13 squared - 13 - 12 = 12 squared? true or false

    196 + 14 + 15 = 15 squared? true or false
