not sore the next day after lifting weights, am I still building muscle?

My muscles tire out and burn while im lifting weights but I dont get sore. If I still get proper rest and protein will I still build muscle?

    Of course, exercise builds muscle. Its actually a good thing you aren't sore the next day, it means you are building muscles in a gradual and safe way instead of pushing yourself too hard and potentially damaging your muscles.
