Why isn't my computer responding?
I have an Asus with Windows 10 and all of a sudden, it doesn't want to respond to a lot of things. I can go to most programs like normal, but if I click on the windows button or the notification center button, it won't do anything. I went to Defrag my hard drive and hit to analyze it and optimize, and it wouldn't do anything. It made that ping noise as if you're hitting something you can't. But I could exit out from the bottom just fine. It doesn't make sense and I'm getting concerned. What should I do?
It is also being REALLY slow with shutting down and rebooting. I've never seen it like this before.

go to task manager > then go to process > and end the process that is taking too much CPU
disable any startups.
scan ur computer with Malwarebytes for virus.
uninstall any programs that u don't use anymore
