Should I trust this salisbury steak meal?
I got a salisbury steak meal, it contains corn, mashed potatoes, the streak, and cinnamon apples.
However, I noticed something that looks like a green bean in the cinnamon apples.
The best buy date of the meal isn t until 2020, so it s not old or anything.
I just find it weird that there s a random green bean or something, is it safe to eat?

the "green bean" could be a bit of apple peel too you know. Apples come in all colors.
Or it could actually be a random green bean.
Having a wayward green bean in your meal is hardly cause for concern.

I would eat it. Somehow a green bean from another frozen dinner found it's way into yours.

Safe to eat.
Probably was one of the last of the "Salisbury Steak meals" on the line before they switched to "meatloaf, green beans and peach pie.
About the only problem would be that the bean is not included in the list of ingredients so if someone had an allergy that might present a problem. And it is not included in the calorie count. Calorie count of 1 green bean would be about 2 calories, since it is not in all probability a full green bean the count would be about 1/4 of that.

These things go down an assembly line, and sometimes things fly around.
They probably are making turkey dinners with green beans on another line nearby. You'll live.
