Go into your settings and make sure the spelling/grammar feature is still turned on. It may have gotten turned off somehow.

If it is turned on, then you have either a pirate copy of Word or a legal copy that has encountered a software bug.

If you have a pirate copy, there is no fix. You simply are encountering the hack and the hack happened to break the software where the grammar check is.

If you have a legal copy that has encountered a software bug, then you need to run your windows updates so that it can install the software fixes and it will correct this issue.
