What happens to your credit card debts when you die and you don't have a will Or anything legal ?

    If it is non secured (Visa,MasterCard etc) or a store credit card. The company they may try to contact the next of kin, but that person is not responsible to repay it unless their name is also on the account. So the company gets nothing.
