My dream last night?

Question

So I had a dream last night and it was so weird. Like in part of the dream, I sent a message to myself saying that I wanted to do this certain thing in my dream again, although I wasn’t in my dream but when I said I wanted to do it again, the person that did the thing, did it again. But it was weird because I was like in control of the character performing the action. It wasn’t like I was watching the person do something, I was the one doing something but I was in another body. And it was a strange dream, so what the character was doing was trying to fly without wings so he flapped his arms a bunch and soon took off, but when he landed again, that’s when I sent a message to myself saying that I wanted to try that again. And inside of the dream, I could feel my muscles beginning to hurt from flapping my arms so much.

Think about just one thing.  Where did this dream take place?  Inside your own mind.  There are not two of you, or four of you.  There is only one of you with one mind, with one brain.  So this dream came out of your one mind.  It amazes me that people don't know simple psychological facts, like there is an inner Child living within this one mind.  There is also a Parent that takes care of the whole person and there is an Adult side to your mind who is responsible for paying bills and keeping in touch with reality, etc.  These all are different aspects to your one mind.  Kids play up there in your brain at night, and parents get mad, and adults crow about one thing or another.....It is ALL YOU!    You have an active imagination which correlates to the free Child within you in this dream.  But you are the other guy as well, and that is why you felt like you were inside him also.  You are inside him because everyone in your dreaming mind is a part of you, taken from the one brain,  one mind.
