This past Monday it was my crushs birthday and I texted her somthing and didn't see her till Friday and she said she got my message and said it was sweet and I told her later on I told her I what I said is a side I never showed to anyone and she apologized on not answering because she was busy and looked me in the eyes and exactly said "what you said was really really sweet" then she paused and said "thank you"

She appreciated what you said, that is called a score. I'd keep pursuing her, don't be afraid to eventually ask her out. I wouldn't rush into it, but not wait too long either, she'll lose interest if you wait too long.
Around a week of talking is a good time before asking someone out for a date.
