If using rosemary oil for my skin, do I need to mix it with a carrier oil?

If I do need a carrier oil, what should I use and what percentage should I dilute it?

Yes, and you generally always want to dilute essential oils down to 1% or less, especially if you don't already know how your skin will react to it. Any oil you feel comfortable having on your skin will work, just avoid anything you could be allergic to (like almond oil with a nut allergy, e.g.)
