Straight Talk Wireless. 2 phones, 1 phone number?
So I got a new phone and new sim card and I activated it. However, I can make phone calls from the new phone, but anytime someone calls me, it comes through the old phone. How is this even possible? I called straight talk and they literally know as much as I do

The retailer screwed up, when they activated the new phone they also needed to notify the cellular carrier that you have a new phone - take it back and don't leave until they fix the darn thing. Talk to the owner or top manager.

Try removing sim card from old phone and then have someone try calling you and see if new one rings

Does it also go through the new phone? Try logging out of your account on the old phone or wiping it out completely.
