how does this user have 582 percent best answers?

how can they have over 100 percent bet answers? this means they have more best answers than answers which doesn't make sense. Their activity is private so we can not see exactly how many best answers they have but it must be a lot.

    There is no place for a decimal point in the display and the server computers do have technical difficulties. Waif for the server computers to update for the week on Monday morning. It MIGHT correct itself, it might not.

    Take a MATLAB programming class and code a computer program that creates a similar display. Kicking the hardware does not work.
