Why were there so many *women* among those following Yeshua?

Update:

-- whereas other rabbis (apparently) had exclusively *male* followers? What set Jesus *apart* from the other rabbis -- that made him so *appealing* to women?

    Yeshua loved them and didn’t look down on them. He treated them with respect and honour unlike what was the culture at the time.

    The women saw and heard the TRUTH of what he was teaching and so they followed Him. Women have more and better intuition than men.
