Should Microsoft launch Major Windows 10 Updates less frequently or more?

Hi. They SHOULD release the MAJOR updates as standalone service packs once a year. Instead they REQUIRE an internet connection on all PCs running Win10 & frequent updatings because of all the spyware that comes with it.

All other updates, such as drivers, & for apps ore things like media players should be checked once every 4 months, not 5 times a day.

I'm the guy who gets that they didn't actually ask me for advice.

They should release them when they are needed and also test them before release instead of using the people who get them as Beta Testers. Microsoft is getting as bad as all of the others about just putting crap out and not testing it.

MS should launch Major Updates when they are ready and fully tested not like 1809 which is a disaster.
