If I invite/ask a girl to come to a music concert with me, is it expected that I pay for her ticket too? this is a date?

the concert is near my location, and about an hour drive away from hers so she will be coming to town

    I would think that if you want her to go with you, you should pay for her ticket. If you're hoping to get close to her it would be very wise for you to do so.

    Usually the person that invites the other would pay, especially if it's a date
