That's a tough one. I love both but I prefer Pac-Man.

In Galaga, you can take control of the ship in the demo through a glitch by pressing the fire button being abducted by a Boss Galaga. Defeat the enemy before being captured and you'll have full control of the ship. However, this will eventually cause the game to crash, as well as additionally rebooting the game by triggering the watchdog timer if you were playing the original arcade version.
