I really need to whiten my teeth at home as they have lost abit of colour from coffee. Is there an safe and definite trucks and remedies that can whiten my teeth at home please?

    Bi carb of soda , baking soda the edible type not the toxic one used in floor cleaners etc.A little of that on your tooth brush.

    Brushing your teeth is a myth. I stopped brushing months ago.
