Why is the U.S.Navy hiring people to work in Arizona, and paying good. What will we do, pray for rain?

    they will be testing suicide bomber jackets again ,

    Make sure they pay upfront and hope there not solar powered

    Perhaps they have a training facility in Arizona, or administrative staff that does paperwork in an office building.
