I'm Japanese and I sometimes ask some questions here and a guy told me that Is that correct？

    They can't steal it if you don't post it on here or some other site.

    No. They'd never know your details unless you told them, and why would you tell anyone on the internet your credit card details? Only an idiot would do that.
