    H2 gas doesn't have a taste that I know of. H+ in water (acid) does taste sour, but that isn't what there is.

    It would make my voice sound high-pitched.

    Because of the hydrogen and helium.

    The taste -- it would be tasteless.

    But it would be very hot. Super hot in fact. It may burn my taste buds.
