Why is everyone on here so against Satirical Humor?

    The site was designed for knowledge seeking questions. Those who don't have that type of question to post and want honest, sincere replies to, should find other places online to share their humor, jokes, etc.

    This isn't Yahoo Satire, it's Yahoo Answers.

    I am not against satirical humor. Depending on my mood, I think it is hilarious when some one does not realize I am being satirical or ironic. The problem with satirical humor on Y A is the answer does NOT answer the question that was asked, so it is a point gaming non--answer. Y. A is not and never has been a chat forum. If you want to chat, sign up with one or more Yahoo neo groups.

    If you go to jokes @ riddles section ,you would me most welcome. Both satiric and humor would do well. No one against that.
