For Me nothing when I was an Instructor in the RAAF every time I entered a room I was the smartest

The other people in the room have to be less intelligent. That's all it takes. By the way, as long as you write "What it takes to being" instead of "What does it take to be", you will NOT be the smartest person in the room.
