I am applying for a job called shift runner, i am just applying all over the place cause i really need a job, anyway what does a shift runner do exactly? Like i googled it and it said they are training to be a manager? Like i don't know if i wanna be a manager yet, is that just something they put on all the jobs and say you too can one day be a manager. Or is a shift runner a special job where they train to be a manager?
please help

A shift runner would be similar to a team lead. If you have no experience working in fast food, then you aren't qualified for that position.

We are looking for quality Shift Runners in our Domino's Pizza locations. - This job requires the you be able to train with us on food preparation, making and baking pizzas, management of team members, inventory, cash control, hiring and interviewing employees, and preparing yourself to run your own Domino's Pizza store as a manager.
