What does it mean when a girl giggles and gets excited when I touch her hand?

There’s a girl I really like and recently I started to touch her arms and hands. Everytime I’ve done it she’s giggled with excitement. First time was last week I grabbed her arm and rubbed the top of my hand on her forearm and she couldn’t stop laughing. Today I did the same with her hand and it was the same reaction.

Is that normal reaction to expect?
