Seriously, the list is too long to fit in one update box. I'll include the list in a comment.

Patterson works with a variety of co-authors,
Therefore we have no idea as to how much of any publication is actually a work, in major, by Patterson himself.
His name *Might* just be part of the sales agreement, for profitability.

James Patterson doesn't actually write his books.
He sketches out seventy pages or so of a plot and character descriptions, then he uses a ghost writer.

It should be obvious that no one person can write that many novels in a year. He runs, basically a book mill, with many authors completing work to his outlines, or with his help, editing, or at least, approval. Only a few titles are ever written entirely by himself

A better question is "Who's reading them?" They're all irredeemable rubbish.

LOL He's a very, very good writer. All he does is write. That's his hobby. He breathes writing. Don't you have a hobby and wish you could do that hobby all day long?
Writing is his job. His mind is always on go.
I use to draw A LOT in a week. I was always drawing. Day, night, late night, early morning. I never stopped. That's how much I like drawing. Just like how much Mr. Patterson likes writing.

He doesn't actually write many of these - his name is on the front cover, as it sells the books, but he uses loads of "co-authors" and they're the ones who do almost all of the writing.
