Do people hate Man United because they were so successful for too long a period? I can see the hatefuls now coming out in full throat!!?

    No.

    I remember the late 70s & 80s Liverpool squad, hardly ever got beat; they were a real force, especially with the likes of Dalglish and Ian rush. Formidable side.
