    I'm not crazy about the outside but, my house from the outside doesn't look like much and the inside is amazing. It's the inside that counts. It could surprise the most unsurprising. I'd have to see the inside to decide. We live on the inside. The outside doesn't count for a whole lot, except curb appeal - manicured lawn, nicely maintained trees and bushes.

    Considering that isn't the real White House, yes, because of the resemblance it would likely be worth more than a comparably sized house nearby.
