My old laptop with my microsoft account can be ungraded to win 10 pro no matter how many times I reinstall the OS?
Then, I bought a new one and logged in with the same microsoft account on this new laptop. But then, this new laptop can not be upgraded to win 10 pro from home. My friend is gonna buy the old laptop of mine. Can this old laptop be upgraded to win 10 pro from home if he logs in with his microsoft account originally not bound for any win 10 pro upgrade.

The Microsoft account has nothing to do with the OS. The OS wether it's 10 Home or Pro is based on the OEM of the computer itself. It can be upgraded to Pro but you have to buy it for $99.

If you grab a Windows 7 Ultimate license key on ebay, then upgrade Windows 7 to 10, you'll get Windows 10 Pro for less than $10.
