I just got a computer with windows 10. I connected my phone to the computer and it won't read my phone.?
It detects the phone then it says it is either disconnected or not working, but it's not disconnected and it is working. How can I persuade my computer to find the pictures on my phone? It's a Samsung.

Email them to yourself & them save them to the computer. It takes a while but it works. Other than that see if you can find a setting that says share with nearby device. Type your question into the search bar on your task bar. Cortana will be able to help you.

I had forgotten the way I did it before. Take the memory card out of the phone and put it in the computer.
