I am looking to decorate my wall with black or white framed prints . Where can I buy cheap ones please ?

IKEA has inexpensive larger black frame.

Small black frames (photo/greeting card size) from Target or Walmart.

You can sometimes find frames in good shape at Goodwill or other second-hand stores.

You can get some really nice and interesting frames at any thrift store or flea market and spray paint them or go to a dollar store or search sales and discount shelves in all stores you shop.

You can take any picture and have it printed at a print shop
