Is there anything positive about getting old 🤔?

For one, you rarely get carded, anymore. Or if you do get carded, it's a compliment. At buffets and restaurants, they often have a senior special that is cheaper than the regular lunch, and includes freebies like a drink and/or dessert.

If you planned your life right, retirement can be wonderful. Enough money to do stuff, and still enough stamina to do it.

Memories

Depends what you invested into your life: Education, a good job, marriage, children, friends, and many activities.....all whilst trying to do your best.

Old age could be hell, or a very relaxing time (health permitting).

You think and act very differently....calmer, more clear headed, and not that stressed...

I retired four years ago, and am busier than ever..especially since I am.blessed with a great grand boy.........

On the 27th I'm going to be laid out on an operating table for a quadruple heart bypass procedure.
