Yes. There are several ways to control the Lock Screen Picture.
1. Windows Spot Light - this setting will change the picture every couple of days.
2. Picture - This is a Picture that you pick from your pictures folder.
3. Slide Show - This setting will do a slide show of the pictures in your pictures folder.
The Settings for the Lock Screen can be found = START > SETTINGS > PERSONALISATION > LOCLSCREEN.
or you can turn the lock screen off.
