Why hasn’t he answered me/ text me back?

Ok so I went on two dates with this guy and we always have a good time. He shows signs that he’s interested in me and he is very polite and respectful. We talk everyday via text. For our third date I went to his house and unfortunately I told him that I was starting to get sick and I didn’t want to pass my germs to him aka kissing. All we did was watched YouTube videos and talked , we cuddled and flirted and all. I was very tired though and sick so he might have got the vibe that I was bored. I texted him when I got home saying sorry that I was sick and he completely understand. I texted him on Saturday when can I see him next, and he hasn’t respond since... I knownthat he partied Saturday night but is he not interested anymore even though from the previous dates he is ?
