No doubt, kill the person. If I was the judge, I would definitely order your death immediately. If it was me, I would order my own death. Everyone would be acceptable to me except my own wife or my direct family (brothers, sisters, in laws, nieces and nephews, etc.) I could not order the death of my brother's wife, or my own niece. (I have no children.)
