Amazons return policy?

I purchased a spyderco military for my son n law from AMAZON the knife is obviously used but was purchased as new. What should I do?

    You bought it through Amazon.

    Nothing has changed since the other times you asked this.

    You notify Amazon and request that they accept the return and send you the item, unused.
