Introvert to extroverts?
People tell me that I am rude for ignoring them, but the way I see it, they are rude for interrupting me with pointless small talk.
How do I explain to people that they can be rude to me too? I don't see it as a big deal if they ignore me, but they seem to rub it in my face.

Ensure to create the boundaries between you and other people, in a way that is comfortable and natural for you. There is no obligation to engage with others if doing so does not resonate with you and if others choose to violate your personal boundaries, ask them to respect your personal space and then put your emotional attention elsewhere. If people continue to get in your face, physically distance yourself as much as you can and assertively (not aggressively) ask others to take a step back from you.

Just tell them exactly what you said here, they won't talk to you anymore. Trust me.

I don't mind extroverts in general, but if they use their "football field" voices indoors, I get annoyed and try to get as far away from them as possible.

You sound like a self righteous twit and I'm sure with an attitude like you have, it won't take long to drive anyone who gives a damn far away from you.
