Wizarding World Of Harry Potter in California-Is it better to go at day or evening/night?

Do the activities differ? Or crowds? If you’ve been during both what was your experience please.

    The Harry Potter attractions at universal studios California, have been less busy for the past 18 months from when they first opened. They are still popular, and on peak days you'll still find long queues.
