Probably because it got cold. The total system is lacking efficiency.

I recently had a repairman replace the flame sensor. He mentioned the inducer motor didn't sound right and that it might be going bad but I didn't have it replaced. But ever since the repair the furnace takes a very long time to reach temperature. I have the thermostat set to auto and set at 72 degrees at 7:15am. Before the repair the house would reach temperature on time. Now it doesn't reach temp until around 9:00am. The furnace stays on for about 2 hours trying to reach 72 degrees. Any ideas why this is happening now? Should I replace the inducer motor? I was quoted $510 for parts and labor.
